HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU PRACTICE YOGA?
- 1 hour of yoga practice per week will support your mind’s connection with your body, while providing you with a useful reset for the rest of the week.
- 2 hours of yoga per week allows for a consistent “check-in’, while providing growth in your practice, knowledge and abilities.
- 3 hours of yoga per week creates a lifestyle that promotes mindfulness, health, stability and flexibility.
