HOW MANY FITNESS SESSIONS PER WEEK?
Atrophy starts after 3 days. So we recommend two sessions per week or more as part of your weekly full body fitness plan. Remember: doctors recommend at least 3 days a week of moderate aerobic exercise and 2 days of strength training for the average adult.
